Each piece of furniture is individually hand painted before the ageing process begins. Once the paint is completely cured the knots are exposed and corners are worn off. But it's the woodworm effect that gives the furniture unique, two hundred-year old charm.
Once the ageing process is complete each piece is hand waxed to a level of perfection customers rarely experience. As the furniture ages further knots come to the surface and show through the paint adding character to the furniture.
