This footstool is produced using uncorrected full-grain top quality aniline hides, and two different finishes are available. The Forest range of leather is available in earthy tones and will create a very natural and elegant look. If you are after something different the Antique shades have a fabulous ‘worn-in’ look and will add a great vintage edge to any interior. The leather starts as the darker colour and is then hand rubbed to reveal the underlying lighter colour (click on one of the leather samples above to see this in detail). No splits or artificial leather are used on any part of the furniture, and each piece is uniquely handmade in the UK using only the finest raw materials.
The whole piece is supported by a solid hardwood frame, and all joints are glued and stapled and block reinforced on the supporting points. For the finishing touch, it is sat on solid wooded bun feet. Stylish and practical – what more could you ask for?
