The Chatsworth Mattress comes from Relyon's Luxury range. It has an extra spring count and therefore offers greater levels of comfort than its sister model, the Chesterfield. It uses quality fillings, including Amicor Pure fibres, to make a bed that feels great all year round whilst minimising the effects of allergies. Amicor Pure is a range of revolutionary fibres, which help your bed stay fresh from the inside. These intelligent fibres have a unique slow-diffusion 'self cleaning' mechanism that prevents dust mite allergens and delivers anti-microbial effect. These anti-allergenic properties create a fresh and healthy place to sleep and provide constant and continuous protection for the life of the product.
The mattress uses independently pocketed springs, which respond to the contours of the body. On top of these are the luxurious fillings, which are chosen for their own special qualities. Purest Lambswool gives warmth in winter and coolness in summer and also aids moisture control. A poly-cotton blend creates a soft and resilient mattress surface.
The whole mattress is covered in the finest quality Belgian damask and finished with felt tufts, which hold the mattress fillings securely in place. It also has double flag-stitched handles and ventilation holes that aid air circulation. Finally the sides of the mattress are hand-stitched. This extends the sleeping area to the mattress edge by supporting the mattress walls.
