Hi, The chaise section on this sofa is not permanently attached. It comes as a separate footstool (ottoman) that can be positioned against the sofa to create the L-shape. This design allows you to place the chaise on either the left or right side, depending on your preference. However, it is not fixed or clipped into place, so it functions similarly to a movable piece rather than a built-in section.

Hi, The Hudson Chocolate Brown Velvet 4-Seater L-Shape Corner Sofa with Reversible Chaise (HSN023S) is delivered in four separate boxes. The gross weight of each box is as follows: Box 1 – 21 kg, Box 2 – 21 kg, Box 3 – 17 kg, and Box 4 – 12 kg.

Hi, The Hudson Chocolate Brown Velvet 4-Seater L-Shape Corner Sofa is delivered in four separate boxes. Three of these boxes have heights of 67?cm, 67?cm, and 47?cm, which will easily fit through a standard 70?cm doorway. However, one box has a height of 72?cm — this is the tallest frame section and exceeds the doorway width. Unfortunately, this boxed frame cannot be made smaller by removing cushions, as the 72?cm height refers to the packaged frame itself, not the removable cushions. In practice, most delivery teams manage this by tilting, pivoting, or carefully angling the box through the doorway. If the doorway clearance is extremely tight, removing the door from its hinges can provide the extra space needed to manoeuvre the box safely into the room.

Hi, The seat and back cushions of the Hudson Chocolate Brown Velvet 4-Seater L-Shape Corner Sofa with Reversible Chaise (HSN023S) are removable. They are not fixed to the sofa, which allows you to move or remove them for cleaning or plumping.

Hi, This sofa is modular in that the chaise is reversible, but the main frame cannot be fully reconfigured.
We’re able to complete the delivery if there is a lift available. If not, we cannot provide a 100% guarantee. Our drivers will assess the stairs on arrival and proceed only if they determine it is safe to do so.
